Wonderware University 2 Day Intensive Classes - Wonderware Corp Training Facility
Thursday, September 11 - Friday, September 12
Choose from two different two-day intensive classes:
Class 1: IntelaTrac 3.2 IT/Administrator Course
Join us for this 2-day intensive class detailing the process for upgrading to IntelaTrac version 3.2. This session is intended for IntelaTrac IT support and system administrators who will be preparing for and performing the upgrade to version 3.2.
Significant changes and features have been added to version 3.2. Major components of IntelaTrac have been rebuilt and there are several pre-upgrade tools and reports that will be explained. This session will focus on the database, server, workstation, and mobile computer upgrade processes. Wonderware will also demonstrate the latest options in troubleshooting tools and techniques to support IntelaTrac.
Class 2: IntelaTrac 3.2 Super User / Manager Course
Join us for this 2-day intensive class designed for IntelaTrac Super Users and Managers. This session will explore the key question “Why Upgrade?” providing the participants the opportunity to view many of the latest features of Version 3.2.
Version 3.2 offers some distinct advantages over prior releases of IntelaTrac, one of which is the new Schedule Manager capability – a tool that simplifies the process of removing the super user from the scheduling loop and enables supervisors/managers the opportunity to simply “drag and drop” desired procedures on a calendar view to schedule a procedure. If you are familiar with Microsoft Outlook scheduling, you will find the new Schedule Manager intuitive and easy to use. Metrics are easily managed in 3.2 with workload balancing, missed task accounting, and many other exciting features.
The session will also include useful information on how to ensure IntelaTrac provides value from the onset of an implementation – how to find target opportunities that exist at your facility, how to manage the issues that are often encountered with a new solution, and how to detail and track the implementation progress to ensure that nothing “falls between the cracks” during the process. This session will also be valuable to those sites that may find the transition from paper to electronic workflow daunting – let us guide you and assist you to get started and make your implementation a success.
