Call for Papers

The IntelaTrac Xchange ’08 User Group Steering Committee invites you to submit proposals for breakout session presentations at this year’s conference, being held September 8-10 at the InterContinental Houston. 

Breakout Session Proposals

Please submit breakout session ideas for 40 minute sessions. Some suggested areas of interest for this year's conference include:

  • Regulatory Compliance
  • Operator Driven Reliability
  • Energy Management
  • Blending & Movements
  • Lab Info Management
  • Equipment Strategies
  • The Big Shift Change
  • Overcoming User Resistance
  • Global Deployment Strategies
  • Project Planning & Staffing
  • Upgrades (Process, Management, etc.)
  • Mobile Device Management
  • Reporting/KPI’s
  • Help Desk Support
  • Wireless Strategies
  • Internationalization
  • Integrations (i.e. SAP, Maximo, etc.)

If you have a case study, idea, or subject that includes one or more of the above topics and feel that you have something to say to the user group community, you are encouraged to submit a proposal.

Breakout Session Organization

  • User/Super User Track: Mobile workflow management with IntelaTrac – Applications, Software & Equipment
  • Manager/Supervisor Track: Business value propositions, asset management strategies and process accountability in a mobile environment
  • IT/Support Track: Enabling technologies and enterprise application strategies using IntelaTrac

Proposal Submission

Please submit your proposal as a Word attachment with a title, brief abstract and your company/contact information and email it to intelatracxchange@wonderware.com

Important Dates

Proposals Due: June 13
Final Session Selection: June 30

Travel & Expenses

All important dates must be met in order to present at this year’s conference.  All speakers are responsible for booking their own air travel and hotel room.  The conference fee is waived for all presenters.
