Transportation

Shuttle Service

SuperShuttle offers transportation from both George Bush Intercontinental and William P. Hobby Airports. Intercontinental - $24 one way. Hobby - $19 one way. Roundtrip discounts are available and reservations may be booked online.

Taxi Cab Service

Cab fare from Intercontinental is approximately $51 and from Hobby it is approximately $46.

Passport & Visa Information

You may require a passport or visa to enter the U.S. to attend IntelaTrac Xchange '08. Please review the information below and plan accordingly.

Passport

Effective January 8, 2007, the Western Hemisphere Travel Initiative (WHTI) requires all travelers to and from Canada, Mexico, Central and South America, the Caribbean and Bermuda to present a valid passport if traveling by air or by sea to enter or re-enter the United States. Please ensure that you have a valid passport, before registering for IntelaTrac Xchange '08.

Visa

Travel to the U.S. is changing, including new visa requirements, revised entry procedures and longer visa processing times. To assist you in attending Users Group, we are offering information to make the trip easier for you.

1. Invitation Letter - You may request an invitation letter from your Wonderware Account Manager.

This letter will help you in the visa process, which can take several months. Start now to ensure that you have a visa in time. (Please note that this letter does not guarantee that you will be granted a visa, nor does it commit Wonderware to assist you in obtaining a visa.  Wonderware does not agree to pay any expenses incurred by you. We cannot send the letter to the Embassy or Consulate for you, nor can Wonderware contact the Embassy or Consulate on your behalf. It is the sole responsibility of the attendee to obtain the necessary paperwork for entry to the U.S.)

2. To learn more about the visa process, visit the U.S. Department of State's visa pages. Everyone entering the U.S. must also enroll in the U.S.-VISIT program. This program requires that visitors have their index fingers scanned and a digital photo taken to enhance the security of U.S. citizens and visitors.
