The Wonderware Professional Services Organization includes highly experienced IntelaTrac Consultants, the majority of whom have more than 6 years of successful enterprise mobile systems implementation experience across process industries.
Wonderware Professional Services Organization helps manage any complexities that you may face in the implementation and support of your IntelaTrac system, to ensure the system is positioned and available for high utilization. Wonderware offers several services for our customers and partners including:
  • IT Services
    IT services provides complete installation of the IntelaTrac system, including the database, synchronization server, handhelds and desktop application. Also integration services to plant databases and CMMS systems, assistance with networking and communication challenges for traditional wired or wireless implementations.
  • IntelaTrac® Application Consulting
    Application consulting services provide assistance in the development of the IntelaTrac database application which includes the best practice techniques for defining roles and responsibilities, equipment information, operator responses, log information and data filters for enhanced reporting.
  • IntelaTrac® Application Development/ SuperUser Services
    Application Development and SuperUser services can implement complete rounds on your behalf to expedite the implementation process. The design of the rounds use a template based approach which codifies Best Practice in support of your business KPI's.
  • IntelaTrac® Training
    Wonderware University, located in Houston, Texas, offers a variety of classes designed to help you get the most out of your IntelaTrac System. These courses address the "how" and the "why" of IntelaTrac implementation to deliver a meaningful learning experience.
  • IntelaTrac® Assessment Program & Front End Studies
    The IntelaTrac Assessment Program is a 2 day assessment to evaluate site readiness for an IntelaTrac implementation. Front end studies include all site assessment activities as well as, assisting with your value justification for an IntelaTrac implementation.
  • IntelaTrac® Quick Start Program
    The IntelaTrac Quick Start program delivers a complete system and includes configuration and implementation of all major IntelaTrac Modules with training for your project team. The program is a focused consulting engagement which will have you up and running within 30 days based on all of the pre-requisites are met.
  • IntelaTrac® Implementation Audit
    An Wonderware Professional Services audit helps you analyze collected data, maintenance information and other data sources to define the benefits achieved by your IntelaTrac implementation.
