In today's global manufacturing environments, corporate safety organizations have made significant investments and implemented large scale initiatives to meet OSHA, DOT, EPA, and other regulatory compliance requirements, provide a safe workplace for their employees, and promote a good image in their communities. These health, safety and environmental (HSE) efforts take many forms, including product safety/hazardous communications, waste/material management, industrial hygiene/occupational health, and process safety/loss control.

The IntelaTrac® Work Process Management System provides advanced user interfaces and mobile computing tools that greatly enhance the ability of HSE departments to reduce safety violations and catastrophic losses through consistent and repeatable procedures and inspections. The complex record-keeping capabilities of existing HSE systems can also be optimized by collecting and using field-gathered data to enable mobile field workers with convenient, practical access to current HSE data and procedures.

The IntelaTrac system also enables safety professionals by allowing them to act on reliable data to monitor changing conditions and make better decisions.

The IntelaTrac Mobile Workforce and Decision Support System helps HSE operations achieve its goals through several module offerings:

IntelaTrac Procedure Manager
Procedure Manager provides field safety officers and inspectors with mobile applications for facilitating frequent and ongoing safety inspections, regulatory compliance inspections, tracking and reporting, fugitive emission monitoring, safety checklists, job hazard analyses, and waste management and disposal procedures.

For safety supervisors and safety inspection managers, IntelaTrac Procedure Manager provides workstation applications for creating and managing safety inspection surveillances; scheduling rounds; setting up alerts for safety hazards; and management review, editing, and approval of field safety data. Procedural identification and validation are achieved through integrated RFID and signature capture.

IntelaTrac Work Requester
Work Requester provides the field safety inspector with the ability to initiate maintenance requests for corrective action to safety violations. Once integrated with IntelaTrac Procedure Manager, Work Requester prompts field safety inspectors to create work requests for safety violations based on a rules-based engine with integrated fault detection and specified corrective actions.

Work Requester seamlessly integrates with most maintenance management systems to enhance communications between maintenance, operations, and safety departments for early detection of safety violations and reductions in mean time to corrective action, thus reducing the likelihood of catastrophic losses.

IntelaTrac Log Manager
Log Manager provides a centralized electronic logbook system which allows the mobile safety inspector to capture non-routine data such as as-found and as-left conditions or corrective actions for non-compliant safety equipment. IntelaTrac Log Manager provides the safety supervisor with the ability to log, review, and manage previously captured data from any IntelaTrac workstation application.

IntelaTrac Report Manager
Report Manager provides both the field force worker and supervisor with web-based reporting via workstation access to field-collected safety and environmental data for analysis and report creation. Regulatory compliance reports can be automatically generated based on field-collected data.
