IntelaTrac Reports is an easy to use online application
designed to provide access to field-collected data from
IntelaTrac. Reports makes it easy for users to view and
export the information in ways that meet their specific workflow
processes.
Reports uses data collected with IntelaTrac Mobile Manager and stored within the IntelaTrac
Database server. Access to information by users at various levels of an organization is essential for
extracting the highest value from Reports. Reports provides the following functionality:
- The ability to easily generate a report of all alarms electively by Area
(All or any combination), Date, and Equipment Status.
- Configurable report templates that can be customized to meet the desired work process.
- Selecting a report range by Date/Time or by Date/Shift.
- The ability to define, generate and save a report configuration with ownership of the defined
report assigned to a user for modification and/or deletion.
- Exporting report data to a file for additional analysis.
- Accessing the field-collected data from the MS Explorer web browser.
- Email of saved reports on an ad-hoc or scheduled basis
