Procedure Manager is a key component of Wonderware’s integrated IntelaTrac environment and provides
trained IntelaTrac SuperUsers the control and flexibility they require to create, manage, and revise
simple or complex workflow tasks. IntelaTrac enables an Adaptive Process Management (APM) workflow model to:
- Improve data capture of equipment and process conditions
- Define a secure equipment and process monitoring strategy
- Implement and manage operator activities
- Enable continuous process and productivity improvements
- Provide improved reliability through early detection of equipment failures
- Generate focused advice that drives process behavior at the point of activity
Within Procedure Manager, you can create procedures/rounds that enable data collection from
mobile computers. Each procedure represents a task group and tasks, and guides a mobile computer
user through the data collection process by providing a list of equipment, process reporting tasks,
and workflow steps. Rounds/procedures are created in a specific base. Common Procedure
Manager tasks
include:
- Creating and editing data log sheets, checklists, and rounds for execution on a mobile computer.
- Managing the scheduling of rounds and revision control
- Creating the lists used for Task responses, asset status and default notes
- Managing the asset list within IntelaTrac
