IntelaTrac Management Center (IMC) and IntelaTrac Advanced Schedule Manager

Description    

Wonderware’s IntelaTrac Mobile Workforce and Decision Support System is an enterprise task management and wireless infrastructure to enable your mobile workforce.  IntelaTrac includes a fully integrated suite of software applications, scheduling and workflow execution engine capabilities, master repository and content development tools for managing operating, maintenance, safety, and facility management activities. 

Further, IntelaTrac provides an integration framework and mobile front end to extend Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) systems, Plant Automation systems, and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) to the “stranded” frontline workforce.  The new IntelaTrac Management Center provides a comprehensive suite of workstation applications integrated into a single dashboard for managing all aspects of field force task management including standard operating procedures, facility inspections, routine duties, operator rounds, safety inspections, preventative maintenance inspections, and equipment monitoring.

IntelaTrac Management Center (IMC)

The IntelaTrac Management Center provides a comprehensive workforce and task management dashboard for improving field workforce work execution.  The new IMC, includes advanced task and procedure content management, revision control, and change management.  IntelaTrac IMC also provides integrated scheduling, task load balancing, and ad-hoc schedule management capabilities to maximize the efficiency and utilization for the field workforce.  Further, IntelaTrac integrates a task management and work flow engine which enables supervisors to review, audit, evaluate, and monitor the status of remote field workforce activities. IntelaTrac Advance Schedule Manager

The IntelaTrac Advance Schedule Manager is used to schedule procedures, load balance, ad-hoc schedule and review workforce progress against schedule or plan.

  • Calendar based view of scheduled work item (e.g. procedures)
  • Visually intuitive calendar based scheduling
  • Ability to look out into the future---task list
  • Ability to review past work (completed, in-progress, missed…)
  • Facilitate load balancing
  • Enhances the manner in which procedures can be scheduled—one or more separate schedules may defined for each procedure.
