Operators are provided with a list of procedures for completion by shift schedule, role selection, and base.
Operators have 4 options to enter equipment conditions and process data on Windows field computers:
- Defined pick list
- Virtual keyboard
- Pen entry
- Peripheral devices
Operators are alerted of abnormal conditions and detailed notes and instructions can prompt the operator for additional steps.
Operators have access, on and off line, to data points collected from other operators. The trending graphs can tell operators about deviations within min/ max limits.
Operators can be provided with essential detailed information from attached policies, procedures, drawings and process flow diagrams that clarify needed steps.
