state-of-the-art industrial applications are offered by the new MC 9090ex mobile computer.
The MC 9090ex is designed for direct use in zone 1 complying to the ATEX directive, or for class I
DIV 1 after UL.
The MC 9090ex mobile computer represents a compact unit for demanding data acquisition (barcode scanning)
in the field. Thanks to the comfortably positioned scan trigger and the ergonomic design, single-hand
operation is supported.
Six different keyboard variants, which can be used in the most varying application areas, facilitate
optimum input comfort.
Thanks to the integrated WLAN technology, the computer allows for real-time data exchange with the
host system.
The innovative MC 9090ex is a high-performing hand-held mobile computer, which combines the benefits
of the Microsoft Pocket PC platform and the strengths of the Intel® XScaleTM PXA270 processor with
624 MHz. It is equipped with a perfectly readable ¼ VGA colour display with an appealing touchscreen
technology.
The MC 9090ex operates with 11 Mbps and complies the IEEE 802.11b (direct sequence) radio standard
and with 54 Mbps the IEEE 802.11a/g radio standard.
